Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in West Ashland, WI. The role offers 40 hours/week, days shift, and a supportive clinical team with comprehensive benefits.

Required qualifications include a valid PT license and current BLS; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply and travel pay is competitive with licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
