Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Payson, Arizona. The role is a full-time travel position with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Start date is 10/01/2026, with a focus on helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Minimum requirements include a PT degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctoral) from an accredited program, active state license, and BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Assess and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and function
• Document patient progress and communicate with care team
