Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. You will work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts, providing direct patient care and contributing to a comprehensive rehabilitation program.

The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE, an accredited school background, and active state licensure with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals.
