Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sioux Falls, SD. Start date 09/21/2026, 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, days. Travel role with competitive pay and benefits.licensure and BLS required.

As part of a clinical team, you will evaluate and treat patients across hospital and rehab settings, maintaining high standards of care and patient safety while coordinating with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New grads welcome to apply; Doctorate in PT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehab programs.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and safety.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize treatment outcomes.
