Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The position offers a 13-week contract, 40 hours per week, with dayshift scheduling and travel benefits.

The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE eligibility, have graduated from an accredited program, and possess at least one year of PT experience. Current CPR certification and active licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and NPTE pass
• Graduated from an accredited school
• Minimum one year of PT experience
• Active or pending state PT licensure
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct PT care
• Establish and administer treatment plans based on physician orders
• Set goals, document progress, and adapt care to patient tolerance
• Educate patients and families in PT methods and home programs
• Collaborate with all disciplines to meet patient goals
