Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in San Antonio, TX. The PT will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and use exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings.

You will work 40 hours per week, with days shifts (8-hour). Start dates are ASAP, and you’ll benefit from competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy; New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions using tests, history, and assessments to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
