Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in San Antonio, Texas. The position offers 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift and weekly pay.

Housing options, credentialing fees coverage, health and life insurance, and a 401(k) are provided. Requirements include a Doctorate or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE, current PT license, CPR certification, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care
• Establish and administer treatment programs with goals based on patient capacity
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods
• Develop care plans for each patient and provide skilled PT services per physician orders
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals
