Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred: Doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT).

• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care teams to coordinate treatment.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
