Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Oxnard, California. The position requires 13 weeks of work, 40 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts at a travel assignment.

Immediate opening with experience expectations and licensing requirements outlined below. Ideal candidates have 6 months of PT experience (6 months may be accepted for exceptional backgrounds) and must hold BLS and state-specific licensure.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of PT experience; new grads encouraged.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensure required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform tasks for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel to plan care.
• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care.
• Provide timely documentation following guidelines.
