Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Zanesville, OH. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain. Start date is 09/28/2026 with 40 hours per week and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain therapy equipment and modalities safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in the treatment environment.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Assist with discharge planning for community or home-based settings.
