Solomon Page is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Celina, Ohio. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality PT services to improve function and mobility.

This 13-week engagement offers 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts, and starts ASAP. The incumbent will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain compliant documentation while ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist licensure and applicable certifications.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation.
• Ensure patient safety while following all clinical policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain treatment equipment and therapy areas.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
