Job summary

Solomon Page Healthcare & Medical Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist in Celina, OH to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy to improve function and mobility.

You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical policies. The 13-week assignment starts ASAP with a 4x10 shift schedule and a gross weekly pay of $2,250.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation.
• Ensure patient safety while following all clinical policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain treatment equipment and therapy areas.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
