Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Damascus, MD. You will evaluate patients, design and implement evidence-based rehab plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
