Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Kingston, MA. You will evaluate, treat, and progress patients with mobility impairments in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings, delivering evidence-based therapy while collaborating with a clinical team.

This role emphasizes individualized care plans and patient education. Strong clinical skills, communication, and adherence to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise and body mechanics.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during sessions.

• Assist with discharge planning for smooth transitions to home or community settings.
