Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Chatham, MA. This travel role provides 40 hours per week with day shifts, starting 01/11/2027, and offers comprehensive benefits and a support team for travelers.

The position requires an active PT license and a current BLS certification; Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. New grads are welcome to apply, and licensure reimbursement is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care.
