Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Plains, MT. The role requires a Montana PT license and BLS, with travel benefits and a collaborative clinical team.

Start date is 11/17/2026 and the position offers 40 hours per week in a dayshift, eight-hour schedule. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred), have strong clinical skills, and be able to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and history to identify functional limitations and needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs aligned with patient goals
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using evidence-based methods
• Document evaluations and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety measures
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control standards
