Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Wolf Point, MT. This on-site role offers a 40-hour work week with an 8-hour shift, starting ASAP and hospital- or clinic-based settings.

You will provide assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care team members.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
