Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Plains, Montana. The PT will work 40 hours per week, with days shifts, and collaborate with a medical center team to deliver optimal care.

New grads are welcome with BLS and state licensure; 1 year of experience is preferred, with 6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates. See total staffing package details above.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience; exceptional candidates may be considered with 6 months.
• Active state license to practice physical therapy and BLS on file.
• Ability to supervise PTAs and support staff within therapy settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff within the facility.
• Bill within the setting and adhere to facility guidelines.
• Follow PT board rules and state regulations.
• Collaborate with Medical Center personnel to plan patient care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and plan of care.
• Evaluate and update the patient care plan as needed.
• Utilize hospital computer systems for daily tasks and documentation.
• Provide timely, accurate documentation per guidelines.
