Job summary
AMN Healthcare Allied seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Jacksonville, IL. You will evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and help skilled nursing patients improve mobility and function.
The role requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, an active IL PT license, and current BLS certification; SNF experience is preferred. Excellent compensation and travel support are provided by AMN Healthcare Allied.
Qualifications

- Current BLS certification.
- One year of skilled nursing experience recommended.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
