Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sonora, California. You will assess patients requiring rehab, develop and administer treatment plans, and document patient progress under physician direction.

This role offers 40 hours weekly, 8-hour shifts, travel benefits, and credentialing support. The ideal candidate has a PT doctorate or a PT bachelor's with NPTE, an accredited school diploma, and CPR certification, plus at least 1 year of

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of licensure
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity and physician direction.
• Document and educate patients and families on physical therapy methods.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient and provide skilled physical therapy services.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
