Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in High Point, NC. You will evaluate patients, design rehab plans, and work with a clinical team to improve mobility and reduce pain in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• New grads are welcome to apply; doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes clearly.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
