Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Pinehurst, North Carolina. The role requires licensure, BLS, and the ability to evaluate and treat patients in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting with a focus on mobility and pain reduction.

You will work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care and discharge planning in travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and plan treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Apply physical therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety.
