Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fountain, CO. This position offers a 40-hour work week, dayshift hours, and the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings while delivering high-quality care.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mobility impairments, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize treatment outcomes.
