Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a highly skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Perris, California. The PT will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, developing personalized plans to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Experience preferred but new grads may apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and self-management.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
