Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Burbank, California. This role offers a 40-hour work week, 8-hour shifts, and the chance to work in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting with a dedicated clinical team.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize care. A California PT license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; New Grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
• Educate patients on exercises, home programs, and safety.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment.
