Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Brookline, MA. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients across hospitals and clinics, developing evidence-based plans to restore function and reduce pain.

Remote support and a dedicated clinical team accompany you throughout the assignment. Preferred candidates hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and may have prior travel PT experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply if qualified.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices as needed.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Maintain safe treatment environment following infection control norms.

Education

Physical Therapy license

BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
