Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Oro Valley, AZ. The position offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and travel-friendly compensation with comprehensive benefits.
You will evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients on home programs to promote functional recovery. Licensure and BLS are required; new grads are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy license in good standing
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment need
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs and goals
- Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety measures
- Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control
