Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Augusta, GA. The role involves evaluating patients, designing rehabilitation plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings with a patient-centered approach.

You will work a standard 40-hour week, with days on shift, and may be eligible for comprehensive benefits and travel support.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply; PT experience a plus; other licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations using tests and history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to optimize care.
