Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength and function.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed and document therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for continued recovery.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment and proper equipment usage.
