Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Centerville, TN. The role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility and quality of life, with a 40-hour work week and 8-hour shifts.

The ideal candidate will hold a current PT license and BLS certification; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, and prior PT experience is valued. Travel benefits and support are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred or required for some roles.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history, and examinations to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
