Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Clearlake, CA. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, dayshift.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and quality of life in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings. The ideal candidate holds an active PT license, BLS, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy; travel experience is a plus and new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license required per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) preferred.
• Doctorate in physical therapy strongly preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer PT treatments and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
