Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bloomington, IN. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, using evidence-based plans in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license (state-specific)
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate PT equipment safely and maintain devices
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
