Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Apple Valley, CA. This role offers 40 hours per week, with 8-hour daytime shifts, and the chance to work in a dynamic travel setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a CA Physical Therapy license with current BLS certification, and will have strong clinical and communication skills to support a multidisciplinary team across hospital, clinic, and rehab environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations (CA)
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety practices
