Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Gresham, Oregon. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy over 40 hours per week with daytime shifts.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, and ensure regulatory compliance. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are provided by Assured Nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
