Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's with NPTE and licensure.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience as a PT.
• Current state license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct physical therapy.
• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to meet patient goals.
