Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment in Salisbury, North Carolina. The role offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift, in travel status for a facility in Salisbury, NC.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment per infection control protocols and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
