Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our acute care team. You will evaluate, develop, and implement care plans for diverse patient populations, oversee PTAs and support staff, and ensure accurate documentation and billing.

You will collaborate with medical personnel, adjust plans based on progress, and maintain compliance with state regulations. This full-time role offers daytime shifts and requires a state license and BLS certification, with 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum PT experience; 1 year preferred; new grads encouraged.
