Affinity Home Health Care Inc Travel Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates, develops, and implements patient care plans in an acute care setting. You will supervise PTAs, bill and document within guidelines, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure a team-focused plan of care.

Role requires evaluating patient needs, adjusting treatment plans as progress occurs, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Day shifts, 40 hours per week, with familiarity with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Current BLS certification and state-specific license.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods.
