Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate, develop, and implement patient care plans in an acute care setting.

The role includes supervising PTAs and staff, billing and documenting per guidelines, and collaborating with medical personnel to ensure a team-focused plan of care. You will evaluate patients and modify plans based on progress while applying adaptive equipment and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of PT experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS certification and state-specific license
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods
• Certifications may be required prior to assignment.
