Position Overview
The Travel Physical Therapist will deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse outpatient caseload. This role is part of a multidisciplinary team offering individualized treatment sessions, robust clinical mentorship, and access to innovative therapy resources. Candidates should be passionate about functional improvement, patient education, and clinical advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with therapy goals
Implement physical therapy interventions to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed
Maintain accurate records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
Collaborate with other therapy staff to ensure coordinated and effective care
Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Outpatient clinical setting
Standard 40-hour workweek with direct patient care responsibilities
Requires frequent standing, walking, and moderate lifting
Use of clinical equipment and tools in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
13-week minimum assignment with possibility of extension
Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
40 hours/week | Total project hours: 560

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility)
Strong clinical reasoning and commitment to patient-first care
Background check and drug screening required
