Job Details

Responsibilities

• Prioritize start of care visits.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Report start of care visits the next day.
• Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of visits.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Certification Requirements: CA PT License, CPR (BLS).
• Experience: At least one year of Home Health experience; outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, or home health experience preferred.
