Gold Coast Healthcare Staffing LLC seeks an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. You will meet with 12-14 patients daily, evaluate needs, and craft personalized therapy plans while coordinating follow-up care with the patient’s care team.

The ideal candidate holds a state license, possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, and maintains excellent organization and attention to detail in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Job Summary **Outpatient Ortho**

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! As a Physical Therapist, you will be meeting with 12-14 patients in a day, discussing their treatment needs and ultimate goals, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans for them. You will also work closely with other doctors or members of their health team to arrange follow-up care, help educate patients on lifestyle changes they may need, and provide a positive, affirming presence in their lives. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple different cases at a time.
