Job summary

Advance Rehabilitation seeks a full-time Travel Physical Therapist to serve Atlanta, GA, with coverage across North Georgia Mountains, Metro Atlanta, South Georgia, and Northern Florida coast.

You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and deliver direct patient care under established protocols while collaborating with physicians and insurers. New graduates welcome; mileage reimbursement and living stipend provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state of Georgia Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians as needed.
• Complete a written plan of care, goals, and a comprehensive program.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Travel Physical Therapist in Atlanta, Georgia area. Clinic coverage area includes the Beautiful North Georgia Mountains, Metro Atlanta, South Georgia, and Northern Florida Coast.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Additional Information

• Salary Range $80,000-$110,000
