US Physical Therapy seeks a full-time Travel Physical Therapist in Atlanta, Georgia. This role includes coverage across the Beautiful North Georgia Mountains and Metro Atlanta. Applicants will assess and treat patients while collaborating with caregivers and clinicians.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions effectively.
• Complete a written plan of care and develop goals.
• Implement therapy treatment and provide essential treatments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.

We are currently seeking a full-time Travel Physical Therapist in Atlanta, Georgia area. Clinic coverage area includes the Beautiful North Georgia Mountains, Metro Atlanta, South Georgia, and Northern Florida Coast.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
• Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
• Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
• Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state of Georgia physical therapy license, CPR certification
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
