Job summary

Enki Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist to collect blood and urine samples across multiple clinics in the area. The role requires meticulous labeling, storage and transport of specimens, and strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

You will maintain detailed records and ensure timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Travel to clinics is required (50%), and experience with data entry and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Must provide proof of immunizations as listed.
• Valid CPT I or CPT II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens and alcohol tests.
• Data entry of client information in EMR per DMH requirements.
• Travel to clinics to perform on-site collections and to laboratories to deposit specimens.
• Maintain accurate logs of client and specimen information.
