Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team in Pueblo, CO and surrounding Southern Colorado areas. You will perform blood collections, handle specimens and support client offices or patient service centers while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a high school diploma, phlebotomy certification or training, and ideally 9+ months of phlebotomy experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are expected.

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our team at 1619 N. Greenwood St., Suite #102, Pueblo, CO. 81003 and surrounding areas in Southern Colorado.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours vary from 6:00am - 6:00pm, additional hours/days included in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.

• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

• Process billing information and collect payments when required

• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

• Maintain patient and specimen information logs

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program

• 9 months or more experience as a Phlebotomist

Additional Job Standards:

• In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency

• Coverage for Pueblo, Canon City, Colorado Springs, La Junta, Alamosa, Pagosa Springs, and surrounding areas

• Ability to work in fast paced / high volume work environments

• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

• Be at least 21 years of age

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

• Reliable transportation

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment

• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist Float to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office .

In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM : Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Application Window Closes: 11/07/26

Pay Range: $18.29 to $28.49 per hour

Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits : Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
