Job summary

Vibra Travels is seeking a Pharmacist to fill and dispense medication orders in our Short Term Acute Care partner facilities across the United States, with rotations in New York.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, participate in antibiotic stewardship, and support patient safety. Requires NY Pharmacist license, PharmD preferred, TPN experience, BLS certification; hospital/acute care experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• Current, valid pharmacist license in the state of employment required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• Experience with pharmacokinetics and anticoagulation preferred.
• TPN experience required.
• BLS certification from Vibra Travels-approved vendor preferred.
• Previous acute care experience preferred.
• Automated dispensing systems and IV laminar flow hood experience preferred.
• Electronic medical records experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Filling and dispensing medication orders accurately.
• Ensure proper handling, usage, and storage of drugs.
• Translate policies into daily operations.
• Provide drug information to patients, physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Support antibiotic stewardship focused on patient safety.
• Collaborate with medical staff and nursing to deliver quality care.
