Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, valid pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required (2+ years).
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense medication orders with proper handling and storage.
• Serve as information resource on medication therapy for staff and patients.
• Lead in pharmacist continuity and support antibiotic stewardship and safety.
