Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Travel Nuclear Medicine PET Technologist for a 13-week onsite assignment in the United States. The role requires ARRT Nuclear Medicine certification, a Nuclear Medicine license, and at least 2 years of PET/CT experience.

You will deliver advanced diagnostic imaging and ensure patient safety across multiple clinical settings. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams, perform radiopharmaceutical workups, and adhere to radiation safety standards

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine and a Nuclear Medicine license.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in PET/CT within modality.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for PET/CT imaging procedures.
• Operate PET/CT scanners to capture high-quality functional and anatomical images.
• Monitor patients for comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
• Evaluate image quality and verify alignment between PET and CT datasets.
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to support accurate diagnostic interpretation.
• Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform daily quality control and maintenance on PET/CT equipment.
