Job summary

Siemens Healthineers currently seeks a Travel Nuclear Medicine PET Technologist for an onsite 13-week contract supporting facilities in West Virginia. The role requires ARRT certification, Nuclear Medicine license, BLS, and a minimum of two years in PET/CT.

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification and Nuclear Medicine license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of PET/CT experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for PET/CT imaging procedures.
• Operate PET/CT scanners to capture high-quality functional and anatomical images.
• Monitor patients for comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
• Evaluate image quality and verify alignment between PET and CT datasets.
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to support accurate diagnostic interpretation.
• Maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform daily quality control and maintenance on PET/CT equipment.
